Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing for multiple pay groups, including data entry, benefits deductions, garnishments, tax calculations, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a payroll specialist role or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with payroll processing and tax regulations.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel.
