Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Communication and Team Management: Establish and maintain effective communication systems among on-site staff and the central office, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Hire, train, supervise, develop, and terminate employees under your direction, adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Inspect properties to ensure high standards are maintained, evaluating maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping operations for efficiency.
  • Marketing and Budgeting: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, reviewing occupancy status, and recommending rent schedules. Prepare and monitor annual operating and capital budgets, making recommendations on budget performance.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Professionally resolve resident relations issues and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; certifications such as ARM, RAM, CAM, CPM, CAPS, NAHP, HCCP are also beneficial.

Benefits and Compensation

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health, dental, life insurance, 401(k), employee assistance program, long-term disability, vacation, and sick leave.
