About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team at Clearent by Xplor in Victoria, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their payment processing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to onboard new businesses, ensuring seamless integration and excellent customer service.
  • Manage Your Pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce, staying organized and focused on meeting sales targets.
  • Prepare Presentations and Proposals using Clearent by Xplor's electronic applications, effectively communicating the value of our payment processing services.
  • Educate Merchants and Business Owners on the payment processing industry, providing expert insights and guidance to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain Regular Communication with your sales leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment on sales strategies and performance.
  • Closing Sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation will be based on commissions, providing a direct incentive for sales performance and driving business growth.
