We are seeking a skilled Art of Beauty Sales Representative to join our team at Anastasia Beverly Hills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers, promoting our products, and achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product knowledge and trends.
- Support team goals by participating in workshops and training sessions.
- Prior experience in cosmetics artistry is required.
- Superior selling skills with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
- Ability to work out of multiple locations during store peak hours.
- Availability to work 20 hours per month.
