LITTLE MASTERS DEVELOPMENT CENTER L is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head teacher with planning and implementing whole-classroom and small-group instruction.

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about learning and have a love of working with children. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in creating an engaging learning environment and developing strong relationships with faculty.

Responsibilities
  • Tutor and assist students individually or in small groups to help them master assignments and reinforce learning concepts presented by teachers.
  • Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, schoolyards, and gymnasiums, or on field trips.
  • Provide extra assistance to students with special needs.
  • Observe student performance and record relevant data to assess progress.
  • Teach social skills to students.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A year of previous teaching assistant experience preferred.
  • High-energy with a love of working with children.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$50,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
