Job Summary

This role plays a critical part in our mission by supporting clients in achieving their housing and recovery goals. As a Community Support Specialist, you will engage with clients in social services and case management, provide skill-building assistance, and coordinate care. You will also serve as a liaison between clients and community providers, offering additional support and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients in social services and case management to support them in achieving their housing and recovery goals.
  • Provide skill-building assistance, including referrals and coordination of care.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and community providers, offering additional support and resources.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on location and experience.
