Valuetainment is seeking a visionary leader to head our studios, driving the development and execution of our content strategy. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ideation, production, and distribution of our podcasts and other media content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Studio Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our studio, including managing budgets, hiring and training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Artistic Administration: Oversee the management of our artistic teams, including producers, editors, and other creatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Technology, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in studio operations, media production, and/or streaming services.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business results.
  • 3+ years of podcast studio experience required.
  • Proven understanding of Agile methodology and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
