We are seeking a compassionate and professional Admissions Coordinator to join our team at Ascension Recovery Services.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals seeking treatment. As an Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming admission process from inquiry to admission.

  • Conduct initial screenings of potential clients and referents to determine eligibility for admission.
  • Enter assessment and admissions data into electronic systems.
  • Handle phone inquiries and provide information about the treatment program.
  • Guide clients and families through the decision-making process and prepare them for admission.
  • Efficiently complete the admission process, ensuring clients are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
What You Will Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in social services, management, healthcare, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in a behavioral health/SUD setting.
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders and the recovery process.
Work Environment

This role involves working indoors in an environmentally controlled setting, with frequent sitting and standing, repetitive motions, and use of hands to handle or control objects.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
