About the Role

Charlie Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a talented individual to join our Clinical Outreach team. As a Mental Health Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for building relationships with clinical partners and providing resources to individuals struggling with mental health issues.

This role requires strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to energize and persuade senior corporate personnel. Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.

The estimated salary for this role is between $62,000 and $70,000 per year, plus a target performance-based bonus. In addition to competitive compensation, Charlie Health offers comprehensive benefits to all full-time employees.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient market penetration in collaboration with field outreach
  • Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority super-regions via phone, email, and other relevant communication channels
  • Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers to treatment, and cement community partnerships
  • Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships
  • Attend and lead various demonstration meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events via conference call
  • Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies
  • Work closely with internal partners including marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals
