Key Responsibilities- Point of Sale Operations: Efficiently operate point-of-sale systems, maintaining all cash and media securely at the registers. Communicate customer requests to management and stay informed about daily menu offerings and meal plans.
- Exceptional Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by greeting and acknowledging patrons, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge, and adhering to high customer service standards.
- Financial Reconciliation: Accurately count and reconcile funds during shifts to ensure sufficient cash flow. Restock necessary supplies and maintain accurate patron counts.
- Maintaining Professional Appearance: Uphold a neat and professional appearance at the registers and throughout the front-of-house areas.
Educational Background: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
Experience: Two or more years in a related field is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Availability: Must have flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Instructional Compliance: Ability to follow both oral and written instructions while working with a diverse population.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are essential, including being courteous and reliable.
