Nuestros Asesores se aseguran de que el cliente esté satisfecho con la reparación de su vehículo, garantizando que se realice correctamente desde el primer intento y en el menor tiempo posible.

Responsabilidades:
  • Programar servicios para los clientes, ya sea en persona o por teléfono, para asegurar un diagnóstico preciso de cualquier problema.
  • Realizar recomendaciones de reparación y gestionar la entrega de las mismas estableciendo y administrando las expectativas del cliente.
  • Asegurar que la documentación requerida esté completa y cumpla con las regulaciones y estándares.
  • Cumplir y hacer cumplir todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
  • Asistir a todas las reuniones del personal, capacitaciones y clases educativas según sea necesario.
  • Ayudar a educar y capacitar a nuevos miembros del personal.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.
Calificaciones:
  • Se requiere diploma de secundaria o GED.
  • Capacitación automotriz postsecundaria o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Se prefiere un año de experiencia en concesionarios o instalaciones grandes.
  • Certificación ASE (o disposición para obtenerla).
  • Amplio conocimiento mecánico/electrico automotriz.
  • Apariencia profesional, limpia y ordenada.
  • Actitud amigable y personalidad extrovertida.
  • Alta profesionalidad y confiabilidad.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, servicio al cliente y resolución de problemas, incluyendo la capacidad de mantener la compostura bajo presión.
  • Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para interactuar profesionalmente con clientes, proveedores y personal.
  • Licencia de conducir sin restricciones y récord de manejo limpio.
  • Capacidad para conducir vehículos automáticos y de transmisión manual.
  • Habilidades básicas en computación e internet.
