We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team at Spectrum Gaming Group FL LLC.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, accounting, and financial record-keeping.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements, including tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
The majority of the 20 hours per week will be spent at our office in Horsham, PA. Working from home would be an option for up to 25% of the time worked. We are flexible with days and hours in the office, but it would have to be between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday – Friday.
