Daily Duties
  • Ensure friendly and efficient customer service in the pro shop, including checking in golfers and processing transactions accurately.
  • Adhere to proper cash handling protocols and maintain operational standards.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage tee-time bookings for Members and guests, both in-person and via phone.
  • Maintain inventory control by checking in merchandise according to established procedures and organizing storage and display areas.
  • Monitor stock levels of frequently sold items (e.g., apparel, accessories, golf balls) and follow up on special orders to keep customers informed.
  • Provide assistance to various departments as needed.
  • Help oversee outside golf operations and staff to ensure compliance with daily procedures and policies.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Basic understanding of golf.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
