About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Supervisor to join our team at Aftermath Services. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in leading our team in various biohazard remediation projects, providing exceptional service to our clients, and ensuring the successful completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively assist our team in bioremediation projects to provide our clients with an exceptional level of service.
  • Supervise the successful completion of jobs, serving in a supervisory capacity with regards to the project as a whole.
  • Accurately estimate, recommend, and advise on project scopes, manage cleanups, and handle necessary paperwork.
  • Responsible for effectively communicating and selling a tailored scope of work based on a thorough understanding of the client's needs, and obtaining sign-off to initiate work.
  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism, providing high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the biohazard remediation process.
  • Onsite supervision and participation in various biohazard remediation projects.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Must reside locally and be able to respond to the shop within one hour of receiving a service call.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in biohazard remediation, construction, demolition, restoration, or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a technical or field service environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have completed Aftermath's Field Learning Path within 30 days of start, and Supervisor Learning Path within 90 days of start.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
  • XActimate experience.
  • Proven experience in leading teams in restoration, mitigation, remediation, or construction.
  • Customer service experience and military personnel are highly valued.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a track record of successful community engagement and outreach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and relevant software.

We have a hybrid pay structure, where you earn based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates - Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of eighteen dollars and twenty-nine cents per hour.

This is a full-time position. We are currently searching for an Field Supervisor who is hardworking, compassionate, and has a strong desire to help families in need. This role is key for those looking to expand their leadership capabilities in a dynamic and impactful environment. While prior experience in mitigation, remediation, restoration, and comparable industries are a plus, it is not required. Aftermath Services provides comprehensive training and certification on OSHA safety and IICRC compliance, bioremediation, and customer service.
