Dallas Nighttime Waste Management Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Regional Night Time Supervisor to join our team in Dallas. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of doorstep trash and recycling services to our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform nightly door-to-door collection of trash and recycling items within assigned apartment communities
  • Report operations to property managers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols across all sites
  • Complete administrative tasks associated with the position, including submitting daily reports as directed by your manager

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain and improve the customer experience, work independently, and be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and are proficient in basic computer skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work during collection hours and potentially assist at other properties as needed
