Property Development Manager for Dallas Assets

At The Village Collection, Dallas Locations, we are seeking a highly skilled Property Development Manager to join our team.

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and project management of our properties in Dallas, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be working closely with our President, Property Management / Operations, and Leasing to anticipate and manage expectations clearly and ensure smooth outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in construction engineering, architecture, civil engineering, finance, or a relevant field. A minimum of five years of direct industry oversight experience is required, in a leadership role of similar description with a general contractor or commercial real estate developer.

You will be responsible for helping or leading renovation and ground up projects from start to finish on company assets, coordinating with third-party tenant contractors to ensure long-term company interests are protected and best-in-class quality is delivered. You will also be responsible for reading and analyzing construction drawings and specifications, familiarity with the construction procurement process, and negotiating contracts and change orders.

We offer a competitive salary of $**120,000 - 150,000 per year**, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
