About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Master Civil Project Manager to drive business growth and project success for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will lead civil design projects, manage budgets, and develop business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil design projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Develop and manage office and project-level budgets, establishing system requirements and enforcing standards.
  • Create Business Development initiatives to identify and capture new opportunities while retaining existing clients and contracts.
  • Execute technical execution and management of assigned programs and projects, developing comprehensive project management plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited school (master's degree a plus).
  • 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
  • Current Professional Engineering registration in Tennessee, Alabama, or Mississippi with the ability to register in multiple states within one year.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in producing construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Benefits and Salary

Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, health benefits, and paid vacation.
