About the Role

The Senior Heavy Civil Estimator will play a pivotal role in bridging Business Development, Project Management, and Construction teams to create comprehensive estimates, schedules, technical plans, execution strategies, proposals, and client deliverables based on provided plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project estimates and schedules in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals and client materials that meet project requirements.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Project Operations to align project objectives and ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in heavy civil estimating and project management principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive effective project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaborative relationships across teams.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience. Fives-S Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
