Position Overview:
$250 monthly vehicle allowance
Adoration Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to become part of our compassionate team.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care in a safe and timely manner, utilizing accepted nursing skills and best practices as defined by Adoration's quality assurance standards.
Actively participate in weekly team meetings while adhering to current COVID safety protocols to ensure effective patient care coordination.
Implement nursing interventions that promote patient recovery and achieve efficient, quality-driven outcomes.
Provide compassionate nursing care while collaborating with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment team as necessary.
Adjust nursing care plans as required to help patients reach their maximum potential.
Administer medications as prescribed by the patient's Primary Care Physician, including instruction and monitoring.
Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans.
Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health Aide staff as appropriate.
Communicate changes in the client's medical needs to the physician and nursing supervisor through proper documentation and communication methods.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient care activities, including progress notes, summaries, and discharges in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Assist in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that support rapid recovery at home.
Maintain adherence to safe nursing practices and promptly report patient events to the nursing supervisor.
Support the maintenance and updating of nursing, pharmacy, infection control, and health and safety policies and procedures as requested.
Exhibit strong self-motivation and comfort in interacting with a supportive clinical team.
Be proficient in learning or utilizing electronic medical record and documentation software (WellSky).
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited nursing institution with current unrestricted registration and licensure in the applicable state required.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a patient care environment required; experience in home health, geriatrics, or similar settings preferred.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with company policy.
Current CPR certification.
