Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Providing Comprehensive Hearing Services: Providing diagnostic audiological evaluations and hearing aid fittings to meet the needs of patients with hearing challenges.
  • Fitting and Programming Hearing Aids: Fitting and programming hearing aids based on diagnostic findings and patient needs to ensure optimal results.
  • Patient Care: Establishing effective rapport with patients, taking a pertinent case history assessing the patient's goals and concerns, performing a comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluation, and recommending the best hearing solution to meet the patient's needs.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: HIS or BC-HIS certification.
  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and technically savvy with a focus on providing exceptional patient care.
