About the Job

Staffing Proxy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist to join their dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to become an essential part of a well-established and growing team and contribute to delivering exceptional hearing healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will have over 30 years of experience in providing comprehensive hearing services, including diagnostic audiological evaluations and hearing aid fittings. They will also be able to establish effective rapport with patients, taking a pertinent case history assessing the patient's goals and concerns, performing a comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluation, and recommending the best hearing solution to meet the patient's needs.

Responsibilities
  • Fitting and programming hearing aids based on diagnostic findings and patient needs.
  • Providing comprehensive hearing services, including diagnostic audiological evaluations and hearing aid fittings.

This position requires a commitment to excellence, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving the quality of life for those with hearing challenges.

Requirements
  • HIS or BC-HIS degree
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems independently
  • Detail-oriented and technically savvy
