Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Specialist to join our team as a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist. This is a short-term position covering a maternity leave from January 2025 to March 2025, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide therapeutic techniques for the rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to restore or maintain patient well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Provide pediatric-focused therapy services in a school-based setting
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Conduct assessments, administer therapies, and monitor progress
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in good standing
- Active State License to practice Speech Therapy in the state of employment
- Pediatric focus and/or School-Based experience preferred
