Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing and maintaining established nursing practice objectives and standards
• Providing direct patient care to residents
• Completing required recordkeeping while admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
• Coordinating with nursing staff and support personnel daily to plan shift services, programs, and activities
• Supervising CNAs and ensuring quality care delivery
• Charting nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner

Requirements:
To succeed as a Healthcare Team Lead, you must possess:
• A current, unencumbered RN or LPN license
• Experience in nursing practice and leadership roles
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs, Medicare, and Medicaid preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Salary Information:
The estimated salary range for this position is $62,000 - $90,000 annually, based on location and experience.
