About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Early Morning Stock Associate to join our team at Ross Stores. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate and efficient receipt and storage of inventory.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Assist in the maintenance of merchandise presentation, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and rotating stock.
  • Collaborate with other stockroom associates to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including but not limited to, cleaning, organization, and maintenance of the stockroom and sales floor.
Requirements
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
