ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Expert to join our team at RIT Solutions, Inc. as a CMDB Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow SME and a deep understanding of the CSDM framework.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing the CMDB health dashboard 3 days a week to address duplicates through the CMDB Duplicate Remediation Tool. They will also review required and recommended attributes, develop a worklog to address gaps, and meet with individual application SMEs to help populate service mapping questionnaires.
Additionally, the CMDB Specialist will review lists of agents, update out-of-date agents, and troubleshoot agents with errors. They will also review VMware discovery jobs, troubleshoot credentials and access, and fill out data dictionary pages for managed CI classes.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the CSDM framework and experience with minor CMDB customizations, skeleton service creation, and data dictionary management. They will also be able to curate ideas, incidents, and problems for the CMDB Lead.
This is a remote position that requires the candidate to be local to one of the following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
We offer a competitive rate of $65/hour c2c and a contract length of 6 months+. US citizens or Green Card holders are eligible to apply. Please note that the client does not provide visa sponsorship.
