About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Information System Security Engineer to join our team at Koniag Government Services. As an ISSE, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing secure architecture solutions for our government customers. You will work closely with our team to provide technical input on the implementation of cybersecurity approaches, methods, and solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Provides technical input on the implementation of cybersecurity approaches, methods, and solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
- Validates and verifies system security requirements definitions and analysis, establishing secure system designs.
- Designs, develops, implements, and integrates IA and security systems, including those for networking, computing, and enclave environments.
- Builds IA into systems deployed to operational environments, ensuring uniform application of agency security policy and enterprise solutions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7 years of ISSE experience
- Demonstrated expertise in information security, computer security, cryptography, network security, and risk management processes
- Knowledge of national and international laws, regulations, policies, and ethics related to cybersecurity
- Experience working with cloud computing service models and deployment models

Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks of paid time off, and more.
