Cybersecurity Specialist for Government Organizations

A dynamic and challenging opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Cybersecurity Manager III to join our team at Government Technical Services Corporation.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our information assurance program, ensuring the security posture of our systems and networks. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cybersecurity, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
This is a full-time position that requires on-site work in a SCIF environment. A current TS/SCI clearance, along with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph, is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness throughout the organization
- Leverage technical expertise to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies
- Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Analyze and mitigate potential security risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex cybersecurity issues
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on information assurance
- Current DoD 8570 IAT II or IAM II certification
- Active TS/SCI clearance, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
