We are in search of a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber talent to our organization.
2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp business objectives and candidate specifications for open roles.
3. Leverage social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to source, screen, and assess candidates.

5. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment and interview phases.
6. Employ applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software to manage candidates through the hiring process.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and coordination of interviews.
8. Assess recruitment metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, aiming for continuous improvement.
9. Build and sustain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
10. Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations in recruitment practices.
11. Utilize key metrics to drive enhancements in candidate sourcing, recruitment decisions, and overall quality of hires.
12. Manage the full-cycle candidate experience from initial identification through onboarding.
13. Balance multiple projects concurrently while collaborating with internal and external partners.
14. Advise hiring managers and HR partners on best practices in talent acquisition.
15. Enhance organizational appeal by recommending new policies and practices, and monitoring compensation practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in the chemical manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of federal hiring laws and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and responsiveness.
- Knowledge of HR operations and systems integration.
- Capability to present data findings effectively.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
