About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Educator to join our team at STERIS. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing training plans for our Sterile Processing team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new Sterile Processing employees
  • Lead multi-week training initiatives to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Document and review training efforts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and create ongoing development plans to address these gaps
  • Design and deliver continuing education programs focused on new products and procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sterile Processing
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development
  • Sterile processing certification required
