Clinical Educator RN

As a Clinical Educator RN at Froedtert Health, you will play a vital role in assessing learning needs and developing education programs to meet the needs of staff in assigned clinical areas. In collaboration with key stakeholders, you will design, implement, and evaluate education programs using best available evidence. Your expertise will be sought after as a collaborative partner, educational leader, facilitator, instructor, subject matter expert, change agent, mentor, consultant, and advocate. You will partner with the System Educator-RN to identify and develop specialty-area education and deploy Froedtert Health system education/programming at the local/specialty department level. You will teach Froedtert Health, site, and department/specialty-based classes/courses as assigned. This role requires a minimum of three years of recent applicable clinical practice experience as a Registered Nurse, experience in an informal or formal leadership capacity, and proficiency in Microsoft applications and computer skills. A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is required, and a Masters degree in Nursing-preferably Education focus, Adult Education, Organizational Development or related education field is preferred. You will also be required to obtain Nursing Professional Development (ANPD) certification or a Masters in Nursing Education, Adult Education, Organizational Development or other related education field within 3 years of hire.
