Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Rupp Family Builders, a woman-owned and family-run residential construction operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and meet client expectations.
  2. Coordinate with subcontractors, manage job expenses, and maintain a clean and organized job site.
  3. Collaborate with the production manager to prepare and submit project schedules and track progress.
  4. Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation:

$37/Hour for Candidates with 3 Years of Project Coordinator Experience

$45/Hour for Candidates with 4-5 Years of Project Coordinator Experience

$50/Hour for Candidates with 5 or More Years of Project Coordinator Experience
