Telecom Project Manager Job Description

Dialog Telecommunications is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Project Manager to join its team at the Charlotte, NC headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with commercial tower operators to ensure build-out requirements are met
  • Manage tower site acquisition and permitting processes
  • Assist in designing and creating fiber networks
  • Develop and maintain detailed project costs
  • Work closely with outside construction companies and internal departments to ensure project completion
  • Monitor and track state and federal broadband funding programs
  • Support state and federal broadband grant applications
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and reporting for funded projects
Requirements:
  • Background in Telecom or Broadband required
  • Project Management experience a plus
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel
  • Flexibility to work remotely or in the office
  • Ability to travel out of state
