Job Summary:

Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for investigating, analyzing, and assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes and procedures in a packaging distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
  • Track and trend process data to measure the effectiveness of improvements
  • Document and communicate process improvements to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping
  • Experience working with project teams and data tracking
  • Six Sigma Certification a plus
