Telephony Project Coordinator

This role is for a senior-level project coordinator with telephony project experience to assist with implementing a new phone system. The successful candidate will work alongside the lead Program Manager, Workstream Project Manager, and Engineering leads to provide engineering team task coordination and tracking, implementation planning and coordination, and own equipment procurement, shipment, and installation coordination and hardware/installation vendor billing reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of telephony implementation and processes to ensure end-user satisfaction, project continuity, and timely delivery of services.
- Participate in weekly and monthly telecom meetings to provide input on implementation procedures.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
- Summarize progress of site implementation.
- Manage equipment procurement, procurement, and delivery.
- Provide guidance on DID allocation and timelines.
- Ensure the project's commitment to quality.
- Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement in terms of efficiency of processes, customer satisfaction, and optimization.
- Lead and direct the work of others.
Requirements:
- Telephony project coordination experience is required.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Excel, Coupa, and Microsoft TEAMS.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in 1-to-1 situations, small groups, and before large audiences.
Note to Vendors:
This Project Coordinator will be part of the Associate Technology Pillar, specifically supporting the Enterprise Campus Telephony Refresh. Candidates should be local to Blue Ash, OH, or Charlotte, NC, with some travel to the office on an as-needed basis. This is an infrastructure project in nature.
