Technical Expertise
Extensive knowledge of industrial mechanics, with a basic understanding of TIG welding principles, single-phase and three-phase electrical systems, motor control circuits, PLCs, and frequency drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize industrial maintenance skills to install, maintain, and repair manufacturing systems and equipment. - 45%
- Conduct condition monitoring tasks, including preventive and predictive maintenance. - 30%
- Diagnose equipment failures to determine potential failure modes and collaborate with operations, engineering, suppliers, and other team members to enhance equipment reliability. - 15%
- Leverage the company's Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and support its use as a vital management information tool. - 5%
- Propose, develop, and implement modifications to improve equipment functionality and support the achievement of plant and departmental objectives. - 5%
Working conditions may involve exposure to powder dust, cleaning agents, confined spaces, and heights.
Shift Schedule - 6am - 2pm Tuesday-Saturday with overtime as needed.
Compensation - Based on experience and qualifications (Wage Range - $22.00 to $ ).
