We're seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for our associates. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

  • Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.

  • Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
  • Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
  • Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.
  • Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.

You'll Bring to the Role

  • 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
  • A hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
  • Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
  • Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
