About the RoleThe Technical Services Engineer will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to develop successful applications of our insulation products. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering engineered solutions to complex customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Design, build, and execute large-scale custom test programs
- Develop and deliver presentations to technical audiences
- Work with customers to develop new applications with current products
- Conduct custom thermal analysis to support specialized aerogel applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering
- Experience with programming languages (Visual Basic, Python, C++, etc.)
- Experience in thermal and/or mechanical design and analysis
- Experience with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD systems
