Innisfree Hotels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee the management of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage staff.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all hotel operations meet the highest quality standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience as Assistant General Manager or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and with minimum supervision, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
- Language: Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
