We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will be pivotal in transitioning our Salesforce environment to an in-house solution, working closely with our development and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and run production support for our Salesforce environment.
  • Convert and migrate sales processes from the old platform to Salesforce.
  • Manage the integration of Salesforce with custom.NET applications and transition to Oracle CPQ.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Work alongside one developer and one architect to ensure seamless operations.
  • Understand and implement IT governance processes.
  • Participate in 3-4 week sprints, following documented processes in Jira.
  • Understand how to build and deploy code pipelines.
Requirements
  • Any Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience implementing, enhancing, and configuring, Salesforce
  • Understanding of API integrations with other systems
Experience and Skills

Minimum of 3-5 years as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in an environment supporting 500+ users. Experience with Apex Triggers.

Expertise in data migration, data modeling, and data mapping, particularly into Oracle systems.

Familiarity with CPQ and Salesforce Admin CPQ.

Driven, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and committed to long-term growth with the company.

Technical Understanding

Basic knowledge of development processes, even if not a developer.
