The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing and reconciling vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Verify supplier information and ensure accurate payment of invoices
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless processing of vendor invoices
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • General accounting knowledge and experience with ERP systems preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and 10-key required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
