Job Title: Roofing Advisor

At Northpoint Roofing Systems, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing Advisor to join our team. As a Roofing Advisor, you will be responsible for selling a roofing system tailored to the customer's needs through either retail or insurance sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the basic sales process for both retail and insurance roofing sales and be able to discern when either type of sale is appropriate for a particular customer
  • Ability to develop sales skills in retail or insurance sales if lacking significant experience in one or the other
  • Willingness to participate in weekly and daily training to improve sales skills
  • Discipline to manage leads within the company CRM software daily
  • Comfortable and supportive of a team environment where Roofing Advisors act as professionals and share information, data, and market observations within the team
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in roofing
  • Experience in both retail and insurance roofing sales preferred
  • Comfortable working with technology; iPad based CRM, email, basic computer skills
  • Ability to incorporate weekly and daily training into their sales schedule
  • Ability to travel; must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record
