Job Title: Roofing Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Advisor to join our team at Master Roofers. As a Roofing Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering in-person sales presentations to homeowners, guiding them through the process of repairing or replacing their roof.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-person sales presentations to homeowners, highlighting the benefits of our roofing services.
  • Guide homeowners through the process of repairing or replacing their roof, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Train other sales representatives, sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues, resolving problems efficiently.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in roofing (insurance and retail).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to travel, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to overcome objections and perform within a short sales cycle.
  • Familiarity with building codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Ability to safely walk long distances and climb stairs, ladders, and roofs.
  • Customer service oriented, with a team player attitude.
  • Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with roofing installation certification preferred.
