Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with partners.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment:

The Lead Barista Clerk will work in a fast-paced environment with continuous interaction with customers and coworkers. The job requires walking, standing for long periods, repetitive hand and arm movements, frequent heavy lifting, bending, and stretching.
