Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist/Unit Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to our nursing staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will make you an asset to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and record-keeping support to the nursing staff.
  • Organize and maintain the nursing unit station, ensuring a clean and presentable environment.
  • Answer calls and messages in a timely manner, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
  • Serve as a liaison between physicians, staff members, and other departments.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Maintain confidentiality of privileged information and adhere to CHG policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting desirable but not required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
  • Current CPR certification required.
