Job Description

You will conduct phone interviews to determine potential eligibility for Social Security or Medicaid benefits. Your responsibilities will include evaluating members' medical state and its impact on daily functioning, helping them complete applications, and serving as an advocate.

Key Requirements
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of call/contact center experience, managing high call volumes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
  • Bilingual capabilities are preferred

We offer a competitive salary package with benefits, including flexible work options. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $47,000 annually

Work Schedule: Full-time hours (40 hrs./week), Monday - Friday, with variable shifts
