Job Overview

Brockton Area Multi-Servi seeks a skilled Day Support Professional to join our team.


As a Day Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injuries.

The estimated salary for this position is $18.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of your contributions to the lives of our clients.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting individuals with personal care tasks, such as toileting, grooming, and mobility assistance;
  • Supporting individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Independent Living Development tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and safety awareness;
  • Implementing Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) practices to create a supportive environment;
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, as well as performing fine motor activities and working in a moderate to occasionally loud work environment.

We prioritize effective communication, documentation, and teamwork.

A minimum of one year's experience working with individuals with brain injury, developmental and/or physical disabilities is required.
