Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $45,000 annually, based on our Massachusetts location. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible work options, remote or hybrid arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
Job DescriptionThe primary goal of this position is to efficiently manage follow-up processes for Social Security applications, ensuring timely approvals and collecting necessary documentation. You'll be responsible for outreach activities with members and government agencies, driving open applications towards positive outcomes.
Requirements- A 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual proficiency, preferably in English/Spanish/Portuguese/Vietnamese/Chinese/Russian/Mandarin.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service/call center roles, strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, preferred.
- Previous experience with health insurance, preferred.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls in outreach efforts.
- Strong emotional strength and maturity to effectively deal with vulnerable populations.
