Job Overview

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Used Car Sales Manager to lead the success of our used car department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing sales consultants, managing third-party vendor relationships, and achieving monthly sales quotas.

  • Build strong relationships with employees and customers to improve the sales process
  • Establish a customer network for future referrals and loyalty
  • Provide training and support to the sales team to close sales
  • Assist with inventory management and trade appraisals
  • Track revenue logs, desk deals, and retail delivery reports
  • Monitor performance to meet inventory turn policy
  • Partner with third-party vendors and the service department to ensure vehicle repairs
  • Prepare and administer annual forecasts and budgets for the used car department
  • Administer and monitor factory-sponsored programs
  • Collaborate with the New Car Sales department as needed
  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales and F&I
  • Previous experience with wholesale vehicles and wholesaling
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Pass pre-employment screenings
