Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in a school district in the Springdale, OH area.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced SLPA to work full-time in a K-12th grade setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other school staff.
Responsibilities- Assist speech-language pathologists in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Provide support to students with speech and language needs in a classroom setting
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement strategies to support student communication
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents and guardians as needed
- Active or pending OH state SLPA license
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Previous school experience preferred
