Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students in Arkansas schools, providing speech therapy services to support their communication and language development.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy, with experience working with students of varying ages and skill levels. You will be responsible for creating therapy materials, developing therapy groups, and executing evaluations and behavior plans. A collaborative team approach is essential, working with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, dietary, and teachers to provide comprehensive support to students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
  • Provide speech therapy services to students in a virtual setting
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to share progress and goals

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure and ASHA certification
  • Experience working with students of varying ages and skill levels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
